More Fun Travel is a highly dependable and trusted Vietnam travel agency performing as an inbound and outbound tour operator. Our company was founded by an experienced native Vietnamese tour guide and tour operator with extensive knowledge of their own country as well as the whole of Indochina.

Ngoc, a Vietnam travel guide, is the founder of More Fun Travel. She graduated in Travel and Tourism Industry at Hanoi Open University with a passion to travel and share her passion. Ngoc has traveled throughout Indochina and guided many tour groups with varied interests and focus: Vietnam veterans, family and friend groups, mountain bikers, business travelers, study abroad tours and adventure travelers. She has also been a tour operator with an international tourism company.
From 2008 to 2009, Ngoc was a tutor at the Vietnam Human Resources Development in Tourism Project which funded by the European Union. Currently, she works full time at More Fun Travel, but as a part-time Assessor of the Vietnam Tourism Certification Board, she commits to contribute time and energy to upgrade the standard and quality of human resources in the tourism industry in Vietnam.
Ngoc is married and a proud parent who enjoys traveling at least one month per year. Ngoc is enthusiastic, accommodating and attentive to detail. She enjoys the many challenges and rewards of her job.
Phong is the co-founder of More Fun Travel. Phong has worked in the Vietnam travel industry for the past ten years, starting as a tour guide and progressing to roles in managing tour guide teams and tour resource management for one of the leading Adventure Travel Company in Vietnam.
Phong’s vast industry experience has helped him understand and anticipate client needs and create the right team and support structure to effectively meet those needs.
Phong is not only an expert in mountain biking and sea kayaking but he is also a very good cook. When Phong has free time, he enjoys traveling and fishing.
